Everything is fine except that while on the call all the background apps sound becomes a very poor quality

They sound great and last a long time

Nice to use as headphones but the microphone quality on calls is unacceptable for regular use. I wanted to use these for hands free calling for work, but nobody on the other end can ever hear me. So basically it only provides half of its advertised functionality

They keep disconnecting and turning off

The sound quality and clarity are good, but as others have mentioned it is a little light at the low end. Not a deal breaker for me though. Where I was disappointed was in the inability of these to remain in my ears (I know, my issue, not Aukey's) but more importantly, to remain in sync. At least weekly I had to re-establish their connection so I could listen in stereo. Too often, they reverted to the left bud playing with the right bud going silent. I ended up buying another Aukey model that stays in better and has not suffered the disconnecting issue. I could have returned, but decided to keep as a back-up.
