Out of the box, I couldn't get good sound. They'd fall out and they let too much outside noise in. I tried a couple sizes of the included tips with no satisfaction. They sat in my drawer for about a year. I decided to try a set of Comply replacement tips (TW-170-A) for $20. Wow! Huge difference. They block out the outside sound with dramatic improvement in sound quality. They stay in place without thinking about them. I expect these earbuds will get much more use now.

Best Sounding earbuds with Android AptX.. Sounds good on iPhone also. Loud great for music. Have not heard better quality yet at with the volume level..

Would like them to be a little bit louder and have them not fall out as easily. Other than that very nice headphones.
