So sometimes they just short out mid song and then get back in there. Also they tend to pair individually, so lately i can only pair the right or the left but not both.

Have used them lightly for less than a month. Charging case suddenly doesn't recognize its plugged in and now i can charge the headphones.

The earbuds would not work together, only one at a time. I sent in a support request and was instructed by Kinyana to reset them, which I did. They still would not sync, so she emailed that I would receive a new pair. That was almost 30 days ago. I emailed her last week to find out when I would receive them and did not get a response. If a new pair is not going to be sent, please refund my money. Thank you.

The sound is awful, the function is erratic and the customer support is criminally non existent. They do not respond to requests for support or refunds. Now I am stuck with a worthless product that will probably be thrown away.

They slip out of my ears while running, which is frustrating. Sound is decent, but pairing was initially tricky—I had to reset device and re-pair.
