Wow ok so i bought my aukey brand new off of ebay cause it was sold out on aukey's website and it works really good and charges fast, i dont why it needs to be powered on to charge but this feels like such a downgrade, my older aukey doesnt need to be powered on at all and yet this aukey power bank feels out dated
Size and function are as advertised. Hope it's as durable as the other Aukey products I have

Large capacity, very light, great portable power bank
Pretty bummed to get this charger only to find out that the USB A are NOT quick charge 3.0. I have multiple 3.0 chargers and all3 show turbo power on my moto.z3 and wife's moto stylus. Tried it with the USB C cable and turbo charging again did not come up on either moto or my son's galaxy s9. Will be returning this. Updated review: Changed from 1-3 stars due to good customer service. I ordered a new USB-C cable and only the USB-C port is a quick charge port, the other ports are still not fast charging. They need to make it clear that only the USB-C port is a quick charge port.. with the correct cable. As well, the company reached out to me to remedy the problem, however no remedy necessary as my son is keeping it. Kudos for good customer service, thumbs down as product is misrepresented.
